Update following move to Safe Exit Level 2 - 29th June 2020
Your safety is our priority. If you smell gas or need to report an emergency, call our number 01534 755555 24 hours a day.
We are now undertaking home visits/deliveries subject to maintaining 1m plus social distancing and good hygiene. We are continuing to ask customers questions in advance of any visit about the presence of any isolation symptoms affecting themselves and/or their families when booking home visits. The questions are essential in ensuring the health and safety of our customers, employees and wider community.
Gas bottle deliveries are operating as normal for all Kosangas customers.
To maintain social distancing, industrial gas and Co2 customers who would normally collect from our site or drop off their cylinders to be refilled will have to call the order line, 755566, where we will collect your bottles from you, refill them and return to you instead.
If you have any other queries regarding your bottled gas supply, please call and request a member of the LPG Operations team. Suppliers are also advised to call prior to attending site.
All other customers who wish to place an order, you can still phone our dedicated order line, 755566. If you have previously collected your own bottles from garages around the Island but would now like to have Gas bottles delivered, please call us to arrange.
We are now reading meters again as normal. If you would like to send us your reading, you can read your meter and submit it via our website or send us a picture with the account number to [email protected]. You can also supply your meter reading by logging onto the E-billing portal.
We are now retailing Autogas as normal. Payment will only be taken via contactless card to the value of less than £45.
The safety of our customers and staff remain our main priority, therefore we continue to discourage visits to our office. You can contact us by phone 755500, sending us a message via Facebook messenger, or via our website jsygas.com.
Thank you for your continued cooperation and understanding.
If you have concerns about your essential supply of gas, please get in touch. Stay Safe!
